You will be billed directly by the service provider for only the time and materials required to repair your desktop system.

Dell LaptopsAfter diagnosis by a Dell technician in step 1, we'll send you packaging and instructions to mail your notebook to a repair facility.

Your repaired notebook will usually be returned to you in 10-12 business days after you've shipped it.

$199 covers anything except motherboards and LCDs, which are subject to an additional charge.
